    1.    Project Management- You take ownership of your portfolio of allocated jobs in studio & the respective creative teams assigned to them.  Your timing plans are considered & accurate and you strive to adhere to the commitments made to the various stakeholders
    2.    Financial Management - With an understanding of the agency rates and how jobs are costed the Traffic Manager scopes out the project and together with the Head of Traffic and relevant ECD and CD's, allocates resources accordingly to ensure for projects run profitable.
    3.    Stakeholder & Integration Management - You understand that your role is not in isolation of the other Agency departments - like Production, DTP, Account Management and even Strategy. As such, your orientation is to drive collaboration and integration in an effort for your teams to work better together. 
    4.    Administrative Management: You pay attention to the detail  and worry about the little things, with strong organization, admin and time management skills.

    1.    Comprehensive knowledge of digital advertising traffic management – from doing project and timing plans, costing for digital elements and managing workflow in a digital studio
    2.    Must have at least 4 years' advertising background with digital traffic experience and an understanding of the key departments, processes and structures within an Advertising Agency
    3.    Must be PC literate: Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel - preferably with experience working CHASE software
    4.    Matric certificate with college or university exemption

    The ideal candidate will need to have 3-5 years’ experience and will be responsible of the following:

    POSITION OVERVIEW
    •    Edit and layout of collateral in a variety of software applications and templates.
    •    Collaborate with Client service and traffic to meet timelines and create high-quality work in a fast paced environment.
    •    Keep up-to-date on software and technical knowledge
    •    Understand and follow all DTP processes and regulations
    •    Take full ownership for own assigned work
    •    Comply with quality standards

    PROCESS MANAGEMENT
    •    Established agency workflow process accordingly that suits all stakeholders to meet critical deadlines

    TECHNICAL SKILLS
    •    Expert knowledge and high level of proficiency in Creative Cloud i.e. Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

    •    Highly proficient in photoshop retouching (high end)
    •    A sound understanding of resolution and DPI with regards to final output
    •    Sound knowledge of repro requirements in terms of technical application 
    •    Sound knowledge of use of colour (CMYK/ SPOT/ RGB) and DTP application in terms of print process (i.e. For Litho / silkscreen/ digital)
    •    Sound understanding and use of trapping / spreading and overprinting 
    •    Knowledge and understanding of all aspects of branding and advertising
    •    Knowledge of all departmental processes (time management, document management, etc.)
    •    Practical knowledge of workflow processes
    •    Understanding of design and application of a concept across POS collateral 
    •    Good understanding of DTP’s role within the production process
    •    Strong attention to detail and consistency
    •    Understanding of and experienced in corporate identity management and branding, layout, repro colour theory and typography in both print and digital. 
    •    Able to create new die lines, if needed for special executions of certain jobs.
    •    Mediasend / Adsend knowledge would be an advantage
