    You will be responsible for bold creative ideas, copywriting, conceptual development and crafted storytelling across channels for recognisable, blue-chip brands. 

    5 THINGS YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
    1.    Concepts: Not only do you bring brave, new and diverse thoughts to brainstorms, but you come up with strong integrated thinking. You understand the brand's overall strategy and is able to develop work that answers to this. You may also need to facilitate brainstorms where you are able to build on other's ideas and come to solutions quicker. You are to pursue simplicity and ensure your thinking is sharp and beautiful.
    2.    Execution: Your experience now means that you must be able to produce work faster and you should by now have mastered the art of writing in various tones of voice.

You will be expected to harness the best from those suppliers and build relations with them for the ultimate good of the work.
    5.    People and Relationship Management: You hold close and respected relationships across all departments and people genuinely enjoy working with you. You may need to work with and get the best out of junior teams and be open to culturally diverse ideas that don't match your world view.

    You will be responsible for bold creative ideas, copywriting, conceptual development and crafted storytelling across channels for recognisable, blue-chip brands. 

    5 THINGS YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
    1.    Concepts: Your years of honing your conceptual and writing skills means you’re now able and responsible for delivering breakthrough thinking, innovative ideas and impactful visuals. You will be responsible for extracting the best thinking from the juniors in your care, and you should also bring ideas into the mix - never favouring yours simply because they're yours.     The ideal candidate will need to have 3-5 years’ experience and will be responsible of the following:

    POSITION OVERVIEW
    •    Edit and layout of collateral in a variety of software applications and templates.
    •    Collaborate with Client service and traffic to meet timelines and create high-quality work in a fast paced environment.
    •    Keep up-to-date on software and technical knowledge
    •    Understand and follow all DTP processes and regulations
    •    Take full ownership for own assigned work
    •    Comply with quality standards

    PROCESS MANAGEMENT
    •    Established agency workflow process accordingly that suits all stakeholders to meet critical deadlines

    TECHNICAL SKILLS
    •    Expert knowledge and high level of proficiency in Creative Cloud i.e. Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

    •    Highly proficient in photoshop retouching (high end)
    •    A sound understanding of resolution and DPI with regards to final output
    •    Sound knowledge of repro requirements in terms of technical application 
    •    Sound knowledge of use of colour (CMYK/ SPOT/ RGB) and DTP application in terms of print process (i.e. For Litho / silkscreen/ digital)
    •    Sound understanding and use of trapping / spreading and overprinting 
    •    Knowledge and understanding of all aspects of branding and advertising
